A Rainy Spring Narragansett Towers Wedding in Coastal Rhode Island
There is something undeniably romantic about a Narragansett Towers wedding, especially in the spring.
On May 9th, 2025, beneath soft gray skies and the sound of waves just beyond the windows, these two chose to celebrate their marriage in the most intentional way: surrounded by a small circle of loved ones, focused entirely on their connection.
Set at the iconic Narragansett Towers, this coastal Rhode Island wedding embraced everything that makes New England celebrations so timeless — ocean views, hydrangea blue details, and an atmosphere that felt relaxed yet deeply meaningful
An Intimate Coastal Wedding with Timeless New England Charm
Rather than a large production, this couple designed what I love to call an “intentionally intimate coastal celebration.”
With no wedding party and minimal moving pieces, the day felt calm, present, and deeply personal. Their focus wasn’t on trends or timelines — it was on each other.
Inside the Towers, the ceremony took place beneath twinkle lights as the bride walked across the iconic indoor bridge aisle — one of the most unique features of this historic venue. Even with the rain pouring outside, the space felt warm, romantic, and undeniably classic New England.
Their color palette of hydrangea blue with soft blush and pastel florals perfectly complemented the oceanfront setting. It was coastal without being cliché — refined, understated, and elegant.
Embracing the Rain at Their Narragansett Towers Wedding
Yes — it rained. A lot.
But instead of letting the weather dictate the mood, these two leaned into it completely. With a clear umbrella and the Atlantic coastline behind them, we stepped outside for portraits that felt cinematic and honest. There’s something incredibly beautiful about couples who stay positive and present no matter what the forecast says.
Rain on a wedding day often creates the most intimate, authentic images — and this day was proof.
A Relaxed, Heartfelt Celebration
The vows were heartfelt and emotional, spoken in a room filled with only the people who mattered most. Without the structure of a large wedding party, there was space to breathe, reflect, and truly experience the moment.
It felt timeless. Effortless. Deeply personal.
And honestly — that’s the magic of a smaller wedding at Narragansett Towers. The venue itself is such a Rhode Island landmark that it carries the grandeur. You don’t need excess when you’re marrying your person with the ocean just steps away.
